Cultural Relocation Support Program - USA
Our goal?
We want help organizations and individuals develop a Global Mindset to work internationally and relocate successfully across the world.
Ensuring to your collaborators a stress-free move to a new country, preventing a cultural-shock is really important. You want to guarantee to each of them the best experience to make their life and work life as smooth as possible.
Developing intercultural skills is increasingly necessary and urgent if you want to operate successfully at an international level, communicate effectively with new colleagues, friends, and customers, and develop solid working and personal relationships wherever you are.
Why you might adopt this kind of program?
- Adopting intercultural management training programs increases productivity by 26% on average (Accenture)
- US companies with 500 employees lose on average $6.25 million each year resolving communication issues (The Harris Poll)
- Embedding employee wellbeing in designing the work and mobility itself is one of the key trends in global mobility programs (Deloitte)
The aim of the programme is to:
- help expatriates and their families adjust to life in a new culture, enabling them to concentrate on their new tasks and lives from day one;
